Can I save my ad without paying for it?     
Yes.  You can save your ad for future purchase.  After logging in and building your ad select the "Save Ad For Later" button.  Your ad will be saved on the "Your Saved Ads" page.  To pay for this ad and turn it into a publishable ad, go to "My Ads" on the navigation bar.  Select the ad from the "Your Saved Ads" box.  Select the "Modify/Submit" button in the ad information box, this will bring up your saved ad to edit or continue to the "Proof Your Ad" page.  Once you are done proofing your ad continue to the "Schedule Your Ad" page.  Enter your dates for publication, continue to the "Pay for Ad and Submit for Publication" page and input your credit card information, agree to the terms and conditions and select the "Purchase Ad" button.

How can I see what ads I have placed?     
You can log in to your account and review your ad(s).  Log in with your user name and password, select "My Ads" on the navigation bar.

How do I cancel my ad?     
You can cancel your ad before deadline by selecting "My Ads" on the navigation bar and go to the "Your Current Ads" box. Once in the ad, you can select the "Cancel Ad" button.

If I have a photo, what format is acceptable?                                                                        

In order to get the very best picture printed please make sure that the photo is cropped, or use our Crop Tool.  
We accept *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.eps, *.tif, *.png, *.pdf formats.

TIPS: Getting good quality images for your ad:
Use the highest resolution setting on your camera or cell phone to ensure the best reproduction in your ad.
Cell phone photos and photos saved from web sites are low resolution images that are optimized to look good onscreen and will not reproduce well in print.
If you are scanning a photo, make sure images are scanned at a high resolution. A low resolution scan will not reproduce well in print.

VERY IMPORTANT:  If the image looks blurry in the ad preview, it will print blurry.  We are not able to improve on an original poor quality image.

How can I ensure my ad text will look good?
Do not over-use the space bar, carriage return or indentation. Our application does it all for you!

Can I work on my ad and save it without submitting it?                                              

Yes.  You may build the ad, see how much it will cost and save it for later. 

Is the preview an accurate representation of how the ad will look in the paper?

Yes.  What you see is what you will get in the newspaper. 

What if I notice a mistake in my ad after submitting it?                                           

You may make changes to your ad at any point before deadline for publication.  Simply log in to your account, locate your ad in the "Future Ads" box and "Modify" the ad.  If you are paying by credit card and you change the cost of the ad, you will be credited/charged the correct amount, depending on if your amount increases or decreases.  Please allow 7-10 business days for any credits to show on your banking statement.
